Hi babe. Hope my question is not too invasive. How come you don't a car? Is it just personal preference/choice, or is the trainee stipend only sustainable for Gautrain & e-hailing?
Hey sis, not invasive at all. I do not have a license (yet) 😂, so that is one of the reasons. There are plenty of trainees who have their own cars. Some afford them by themselves or some assistance from their parents ie maybe parents pay for insurance and part of the installment. Also, I have at this point, it is still cheaper for me to use Gautrain & Uber vs getting a car (if I have to pay for petrol, insurance and the instalment by myself). At this current point in time now that I have moved out, I genuinely can't afford an apartment AND a car without some form of financial assistance from my parents 😂. so just know that if I post a new car on here, I definitely had some help in getting it. I hope my answer puts things in perspective for you?😃
