ভাইয়া,ছোট ব্যাক্যগুলোর অনুবাদ করতে পারি কিন্তু বড় বড় বাক্য গুলোর সঠিক অনুবাদ করতে পারি না।
মানে ব্যাক্যের কোন অংশ থেকে অনুবাদ করতে হবে।
য়দি একটু বলে দিতেন তাউলে অনেক ভালো হত

Luckluster attitude of government is responsible for the deadly and unyielding surge of dengue outbreak.but as late as july, the concerned authorites undermined the urgency of forming a response committee, but the death toll till today has exceeded 300 hundreds,higest in the history, and hospitals are turning away the patients due to shortage of accommodations instead they are rationing medicines. As we are witnessing a worsen outbreak of dengue, we urged government to form a fast and effective reponse authority that will work with DGHS, municipalities accompanied with city Corporations to handle the current situation and for avoiding further catastrophe. We hope no more lives will be eaten by the

The health ministry as well as the city corporations have utterly failed to take timely and adequate action. এখানে verb have হলো কেন?as well as এর আগের sub অনুযায়ী তো verb singular হওয়ার কথা।
যখন দুইটা সাবজেক্ট ভিন্ন তখন plural verb use korte hoy. Jodi duita subject ektai bujhai tokhon singular.. I hope u will understand.
যেহেতু এখানে Health ministry and City Corporation আসলো! অর্থাৎ Subject Third person plural হয়ে গিয়েছে তাই Has না হয়ে Have failed হয়েছে।
