@@annonymously331 - the Central Park view would be lovely of a night I think, with all the nearby building lights on as well… makes for a really nice NYC setting. But of a day, there’s no way to be polite about it… the obstructed Central Park views are pretty grim. No wonder the place hasn’t sold and is currently half its original asking price.

It's sad how there's basically only 2 apartment designs for all of New York's penthouses, they're depressingly the same. Every floorplan the same. The only differences are the colours of the exact same finishes as well. At least this one has that solarium as a point of difference

Nicely done. Agreed, like the price chop. One thing i don’t understand, is how anyone going to enjoy the Rangers or Yankees when they are out of town? 5000 square feet, and no place to chill out and watch on a big screen. There’s one of the reasons it hasn’t moved.
Soooo beautiful; gorgeousness built inside the listed as Sky Mansion, and the sceneries by the windows gorgeousness also, but, the price for such isn't soooo beautiful nor gorgeous price is my fair beliefs, although really are beautiful scenes that I wouldn't want to live in amongst such luxuries got tooooooo much made-up of (?)maybe(?) including not natural made-up air and or air conditioning flowing through the place, but, it's beautiful scene's to look at by the attached 📹 video joint.😁

I live on billionaire's row. The neighborhood is like a ghost town after 8PM. Homeless people all over the place. Retail shops are forced to close early due to frequent robbery attempts. You can smell marijuana from your windows if you're on the lower levels... The story doesn't end there. The democrats in the city are trying to pass legislation to end the property right.... meaning the city will take over your property after you die! You can't pass it to your children! Dems need this to finance their social programs.. Shrewd New Yorkers know the unspoken rule: Never trust a realtor!
