- In this video, I am using Ø110 PVC Pipe with Electric Compressor 12volt , and i will Make 12volt Compressed Air Tank using PVC Pipe, . Hope you guys will enjoy this !!!
- Electric Compressor 12volt you can get here: goo.gl/bocNlk
- For safety, We should use the best pvc pipe, thick, and should only use 3-4kg / cm2
Thanks for watching, Have a great day ! - Jak na to + styl
As a Car Body repairer I’m familiar with spraying equipment and compressors. When you have a Compressed Air tank you have to have a glass jar or just a valve to release water that builds up in these tanks. If you don’t regularly drain the water it comes out with the CA and mixes with the sprayed paint causing the paint to have tiny ‘bubbles’ of water in what u spray.
awsm bro your hardwork is always behind the camera I really appreciate your work great knowledge...
thx m8, just in time for my new project :D
Muito bom!!!! show vou tentar fazer um! !! Brasil. ..
YES Mr. Moran is totally right. i also worked in pneumatic s for many years. the info i heard was that PVC pipe is very sensitive to pressure shock loads. and then split for LONG lengths. NOT just a small leak like black iron pipe.
a very super creative idea. you are my favorite channel
Thats some good resin, tanks hold up well
Brilliant love it,need one in my life i will use water pipe for the street one big piece with end caps for safety,a wee back hander to the council worker fir a pint, lol
Dope i am also a hobbyist .havent espress my work dealing with school but keep up the good work my guy .i will be posting videos soon on everthing .stay in tune
Muy bueno, mis felicitaciones... desde Valencia-Venezuela.......
I like your all videos
You make very amazing projects
Nice build, however you could add some kind of safety valve in case of overpreasure.
Yes you could
Yes, and don"t be confused by PVC/plastic that it's made of, with high preasure it doesnt matter, such PVC shrapnels can be as lethal as metal.
Also he's gonna need a way to deal with the water buildup from the air, or at least make sure the compressor he's using is filtering it for him.
These pumps are shitty, they can reach up to 5 bars max witch is not a lot.
Greatly agree on that, a pressure switch for just $5 bucks is available. They come in 90, 110 Psi, 120 and 150 Psi Auto shut-off switch, same as they use in a Mini-compressors on an Air-horn sets. That way, you can leave it on, and it will automatically shut-off at designated Psi pressure.
benar - benar....yahuuuut...good 3x
Love your air tanks out of pvc I was looking for an air tank and thanks to you I don't need to. I'll buy pvc pipes thanks again and again and again. Keep the videos coming with great creativity. 👍🏾👍🏾👌🏾
Be very carefull pvc is not meant as a airtank if it blows its lethal
Great job!! Inspirational!!
you are really creative.i love this.
Great video many thanks.
Excelente, amigo.
Very good, my friend.
this is useful and handy for domestic uses
Класс мне понравилось неплохо ты придумываешь четкое дело
Iam so happy that he is posting almost everyday
from your channel we gaun much knowledge tqq
congratulations great idea because the PVC can handle 7.0 bar, only the safety valve and the pressure switch to stop the engine when it reaches the pressure that you determine are missing, but congratulations are in order.
muito legal parabens
thank guy... you so brilian ide..... i LIke chanel.....
Awesome work.
this looks great men
Great Video bro, but you could have made a lot better by potting an automatic, pressure switch for just $5 bucks. They come in 90, 110 Psi, 120 and 150 Psi Auto shut-off switch, same as they use in a Mini-compressors on an Air-horn sets. That way, you can leave it on, and it will automatically shut-off at designated Psi pressure.

Good Idea,to replace the traditional piston air compressor
your project always awesome, amazing!! btw, can you make a water heater? with simple mechanism?
Those little compressed air tanks can only be used for around 10/50 minutes and then have to be left for between a half hour to an hour,so as they can cool down completely if not bad things can and will happen, they use these for pumping up car tiers and such, they normally come with a big warning label on top of them stating what i said above, just warning people in case they think they can use this for long periods at a time. :-(
I still like the idea but with better compressors that's all. ;-)
Excellent as usual. Would you consider building a "reach and wash". Keep up the good work......
dude that is a cool idea
This is an accident waiting to happen, PVC pipe is not rated for compressed gasses. If the pipe is struck and ruptures, the shrapnel can be devastating and potentially fatal.
David Moran shhhhhhhhh.... Let just let this develop and see which people are retarded enough to build one of these
there is pressure rated PVC fyi. look for NSF-PW imprinted on it ( preferably with SCH80 along with it)
David Moran they can be used for small pressure
The problem is not the lack of pressure rating but rather what happens when the pipe fails. Water is incompressible, so a failure just results in the water flowing out. Air is very compressible, and a failure results in deadly shrapnel flying and high speeds leading to death. Cautionary statements and alerts against the use of rigid PVC/CPVC piping for use with compressed air or gasses are available through the Plastic Pipe Institute(PPI), American Society for Testing(ASTM), various other trade organizations, manufacturers, safety codes, as well as several State and federal Agencies(i.e. OSHA).
The pressure rating is for hydraulic pressure not compressed gasses very different results in a a failure.
That pvc pipe is called "sanitarian" type pipe in my country (used for drains). If you use hidraulic type pvc pipe (a lot thicker), it can whitsand pressures up to 80 Psi. I am working on finishing one tank with the same compressor used in this video.
Good job... PVC is not safe...
you can try with mini Gas cylinder or spray cans...
Fantastic work. But you could've used a pressure switch. So when it gets to some pressure, it shut off. ;)
...экий ты экономист/ по себестоимости твоя приблуда стоит дороже ,чем нормальный компрессор на 220 вольт, но, дело твое, молорик и удачи во всём!!!
Very good project,
Nice!! Keep up the good work!!
Awesome stuff 👍
very very nice thanks bro👌👍
super bro
I think it's much safer to buy from the market
Nice build,
-You are cool man.I like your all ideas...👌👌✌✌✌
Best channel in the world
Thank you, it's a good video 📸
Super. Keep it up. God Bless.
Mantab bang projectnya...itu buat setup airbrush boleh tu
Me gustan tus videos
kenh sang Tao you are awesome
good job men
+Creative Channel
Did You've been used a 40 or 80 Schedule on PVC pipes?
muito bom!!!
훌륭합니다. ~ 👍
Wow!!! Very nice compressor!!! Just need to add a pressure switch 20-40 psi and a safety valve. Why two tubes and not only a bigger one? Space or pressure distribution? Did you do any testing to see how much pressure he can take before bursting?
Nice job. But what about condesate drainage? And could be nice if you'll make automatic limits between high and low pressure. But drainage is more important.
whohohow...
This is what i want for a long time.
OK i have to admit, using heat shrink like that like zipties... I never thought of using it like that... didnt see that coming...great idea!
Would it make sense to add a label stating, "This is not a bomb?" ;)
Masterpiece 😃
thx creative channel for this video
Good project but u can add a auto shut off switch so when it reach the pressure rating it would automatically turn off
thanks good job
wuuuuaaaaoooo todos con tubos pvc y compresores de autos
very very nice..
that's awesome!!
You demonstrate great skill and lots of technical savy ! but the amount of effort and costs of parts that goes into a project like this makes me seriously consider purchasing one instead, for about $ 180.00 on Amazon for a much better, safer one !
Great job Bro.

There are plenty here..............LOL
good good good very good, likessssssssssss miles de likes.
I think you should put a pressure switch thing from a water pump to regulate the pressure. It easy to get at hardware store and safer
you are amazing mani like you channel very much.
mantaaap...
Definitely needs a blow out valve! You can get them with adjust able psi limits...l would like to see how much it took before it passed the point of no return though! I recon 50psi ? And then the end caps + gauges will be in the garage walls.. Go on do it ..
Beautiful
amazing
NICE JOB
Good Job
Quantas libras suporta vi que você não passou das 40 libras... já testou qual é o limite de segurança? Obrigado :-)
wonderful
Excellent.!!
very good
@3:41 i don't understand how the air tight seal for the pressure gauge works. It is ok to use PTFE tape to seal the thread but is a metal nut against a metal washer (directly without rubber) air tight? Why not just use a rubber o ring on the OUTSIDE of the PVC ?
*Lepas dr mslh safety alat dll.. sy 👍 buat ide & kreativitasx.. jg kerapian*
*Klo ditotal harga brp om.. mksh*
Esse cara é foda
Excelente.
can you still fix the broken piston for this type of mini compressor?
My friend.
What is the maximum pressure that supports the pvc tank
You know?
yea that's kind of a big deal to know
It depends on which brand you are buying from
awesome..! but you forgot moisture drainage
I hope that's schedule 120 at least sch80... As a plumber. Had a call to replace pvc 40 that was used to plumb compressed air through a facility. The pipe ruptured in a room and shrap plastic flew everywhere similar to a grande going off. Luckily nobody was in that room at the time.
Mantap bos kuu😅
Bagus biar generasi bangsa bisa meneruskan karya kita
Anothrr great build and maybe perhaps slow the video down a bit
good job.....i like it !!!!!!
amazing guy
i have some suggestions, why don't you replace the pvc with empty R22 gas cylinder
what type of adhesive glue you used in that project
wow great
This is one of the coolest project I've ever seen! Great video!
