I loved watching you eat ultra-fancy foods... and comparing them to "the everyday" foods/experiences you often have. Like chicken and biscuits.😄
This has been on my list for a while. Maybe I should make it a nice post-marathon celebration this November.
I think you should treat yo self :)
As Chancellor Palpatine once said, "Do it." And ask for double desserts.
One day I too hope to have a "usual" at The Plaza. One of the many ways I aspire hopelessly to live up to the legend of the Linzandspoon. (That having been said, her coffee confession gives me hope.)
This seems like an awful lot of work to be fancy. Excuse me while I go microwave a Jimmy Dean sausage and egg croissant... in a French accent.
Also, I appreciated the extra work for the Goldfinger reference. A stretch well worth it.
When tea time returns at the WDW, we need Kunkel present.
@@oxandspoon How do they feel about inflatable motorcycle riding, tea drinking gorillas? Pinky negotiable.
Yum yum yum! Clotted cream and also lavender is heaven. Tea at the Grand Floridian is ok, it used to be better. So, I'm guessing you inherited your dad's sense of humor.
I say we all hit a tea time at the WDW (or Disneyland) if one opens up this race season. It'll be a nice time of sophisticated fueling and unforgettable dad joke attempts.
that was a strong dad joke senior spoon.
And a joke that won't corrode or tarnish.
Do you need a reservation to enter or is it open to the public to walk around
I believe you can walk around the front lobby part. When we were there, a security guard was present in the check-in area, though, so only guests of the hotel/restaurant were permitted in that area.
It’s actually improper to stick your pinky out when drinking tea.
Chicken in a Biskit is delicious! Although, it’s really on the other end of the price spectrum…
When a savory scone is too soft, opt for the crunchy experience of Chicken in a Biskit! We should celebrate post W&D races with those.
@@oxandspoon 100% on board with that. I bet I can get Andrea to help me remember them
