2-3 lemon
for tart shell
100g butter 1/2 cup
50g icing sugar 1/3 cup
150g flour 1 1/4 cup
pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
for lemon curd
100g butter 1/2 cup
100g sugar 1/2 cup
100g egg yolk 6
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
mint leave for garnsih - Jak na to + styl
