- This sound bath incorporates a recording that I made of one of my most prized Tibetan singing bowls. This particular bowl was handmade under a Wolf Moon; the first full moon of the year.
The Wolf Moon is known for its mysterious power to summon howling wolves. I believe this is because it has a sacred connection to these wolves and in this sound bath, we will draw on that connection.

Like the wolf, we are all pack animals and draw a deep sense of safety and security from our packs.

I've been disabled from multiple surgeries, and the only way I've been surviving is because of my Grandma. She's moving away soon, and I'll have to start culinary school in nyc in just a few months. I have no job yet or any savings since life has been very difficult up until now (I'm only 21). I have to prepare to most likely live in my car and quickly find a job(I've been looking, but not many places are hiring). I've been very anxious about it.

I watch these videos along with tuning forks and delta/theta/alpha waves videos because I can literally feel the music. I get a vibration and a tingling sensation in my entire body, especially my legs and feet. As soon as I pause the video it goes away. Emphasis on healing music.
