I have never ate this before but this wont be the last time for sure Mark said at least min of every 2 months!! I miss doing the videos but part of me dont. I love how much quicker I can cook off camera lol. But I miss chatting with you all. You have all become a piece of my family and that is what keeps me going!! 50 % of the meal maybe. I went to toss some of those peppers in my cart and the price went crazy high I will look next week! Made the left overs into a meal for Marks lunch so it feed 4 meals. Jack is here and he dont like healthier meals. I asked him what did Popeye do to him on the spinach but then Mark never ate it really up till about 5 years ago when mixed in food. Thanks for sharing this meal with us. I am still planning on making that one pan lasagna. Thanks soo much Robert for being here watching almost or every video I do and chatting outside of YT :) I appreciate you my friend! I hope all is well in AZ :)
@@nessasnook Oh Yes, it will be great as leftovers for Mark. I always cut back as we don't eat that much. Yes the prices are so very high now a days it's just plain crazy anymore. Yes 1 cup of milk but I added the butter to it to make the heavy whipping cream. Its sooooooo hot here in MI the next few days and today but we cant say that for much longer!
@@nessasnook We're 103 today and chance of rain in KS the end of week. Upper 90's rest of the week. Which my mothers soybeans need the rain something terrible. I used 1 cup of cream, and served it on white rice. Hubby liked it! I cooked it in the Speedi on low all day. Probably would double the sauce next time and stash the rice in to soak up some of the sauce when I put the spinach in. Otherwise...it was a definite keeper! Thanks!
I was thinking of that I have noticed on sauces 99% of them can use a double batch so the rice/noodles or whatever can have a nice taste I would double it my self when making again but I thought that was just a me problem :)
Oh my goodness that looks yummy. I have to be carful with peppers and the hotter spices,but im sure i can take most of those out,or just a pinch, and it would be great for me. I can do paprika. Thanks so much my friend. I hope your doing well ❤

@@nessasnook yes I thought I remembered you didn't do hot either. My favorite peppers are the yellow and orange. Probably because they have a sweeter taste, but I do like the red ones as well. I'm glad you are doing well. I'm doing OK. I'm supposed to be having a outpatient surgery September 27th .Just a esophagus stretching, changing voice prosthetic and scoping . So I'm a little nervous but want to get it over with tbh
Yea they had to stretch my esophagus a couple times not sure what the voice prosthetic is maybe you can email me nessasnook0713@gmail? I was worried about this surgery I had too but I am soo glad I had it along with my vocal cord surgeries
@@nessasnook when I had my larynx cancer surgery, they took everything from my throat, including my esophagus. So they used harvested tissue from my left arm and a skin graft from my thigh to create a new one. It' still amazes me they can do that. Praise God. The voice prothesis is a little plastic valve,it goes In my thrach about an inch. It's supposed to enable one to speak in a whisper type voice, but it does not work for everyone. Unfortunately it does not work for me. But once you have had one installed, they call it,it's very difficult to remove it as it leaves a good sized hole that can be very dangerous until it heals,because liquid even food can leak through and get into the lungs. So I'm now kinda stuck with it. They are supposed to be changed out a couple times a year but it's been over a year for me. They start to break down as they're plastic type material, maybe a hard silicone. But yes I will email u later. It's supposed to be sep 27th. The surgery. It's an outpatient kind of thing.
