- BARNEY’S RAW REVIEWS: Ezytrail Parkes 15 Hybrid Camper // As many of you know I love the off road life so on my last trip with the family I got an Ezytraill camper to take to Agnes Waters. For one of the more well known hybrid campers in Australia I think it did a relatively good job! I have a big family so there are lots of people and things to accomodate.
The Parkes 15 caravan is actually a hybrid camper trailer and so there was quite a fair bit of space for something that looks and drives in a relatively compact way. In my hybrid camper review I walk you through the inside and outside of the camper, showing you what worked and what didn’t work for us.
All in all, I enjoyed this off road hybrid camper and it held up well for the 5 of us that were there. So if you’re looking for off road hybrid camper trailers or a camper review then throw this in the mix and give it a go.

Good reverie Barney just a observation when filling tanks you really should use potable water hoses as the green garden hose makes water in tanks taste off from my experience and when dumping the waste in the dump point generally the big blue lid is what you lift and pour the waste down never seen it done the way you did when so close to the actual dump point
But I agree the set up with outside kitchen is the way to go for cooking

Look like it's a great little camper and it would do what it was made to do. The tank clean up looks like it would suck though lol
LOL I did make it way more dramatic than needed, these is by far an easier way to drain them

Hey mate, nice work. With the side wall over the fridge area, you have an attachment from the side wall to the van. To block sun/rain between the side wall and the van. Where did you get that from exactly? If it came with the anti flap or side wall…what brand is it please? I’m looking for one as that area is exposed a bit so it would be good to close that off. Cheers.

Aren’t these the same as maverick and many other hybrids. Seems they are Chinese manufactured and then just branded

Hi are you able to share what & where you purchased the side flap for the awning please and how does it connect , We have just purchased and picked up out Dec 19 parkes 15 and are struggling to find one that works?

Carlie Gray Hi Carlie , that flap is the standard one, I just made it work but placing it on the angle. To suit the sun.
