Zero maida bread recipe I got inspired by @Shivesh17
And this recipe looked very simple
to me, so I thought let’s bake it till we make it, this whole wheat bread turned out so good!
(Small bread )
Recipe
(Wet ingredients )
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp instant dry yeast
-In a bowl add warm water
-instant yeast mix with warm water, mix it well let it rest for 10 minutes to activate
-1/4 cups warm milk
(Dry Ingredients )
11/2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp sugar (powder)
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Dash salt
-In a bowl add all dry ingredients (wheat flour, sugar, milk powder, salt) mix well
-Add olive oil, warm milk, activated yeast mixture mix well with a wooden spoon or with your clean hands & knead (if the dough becomes sticky add some flour & knead, If the dough looks dry add a few tbsp of lukewarm milk/water & knead)
-Knead till smooth & not sticky
-Apply little oil cover your bread dough & cover with a napkin & keep at room temperature to leaven for 1 hour or till double in volume
-After 1 hour dough has doubled in volume, again lightly knead the dough
-Punch down the dough knead once again, than Roll with rolling pin and with your hand form the dough into a log to gently pinch the edges into seam
-Grease parchment paper place it in a loaf pan
-Place the dough log into a grease (7x4 inch) loaf pan
-Cover with a towel for 45 minutes now loaf is ready for the second rise or till doubled in volume
-once the dough has risen brush some milk on top & sprinkle with rolled oats & melon seeds
-Preheat the oven at 200 deg/Celsius, Bake for 20 minutes or till the top is golden brown
-Test: Insert a wooden toothpick near the center of the bread , if the toothpick comes out clean the bread is done
-Let the loaf cool at room temperature
-Enjoy slices of warm freshly baked bread plain or with a smear butter/Peanut butter, sliced avocado, or eggs.

@@rutujawavare731store in the fridge. you can’t keep more then 2 days, 1 no-will finish before you know it 😀, no-2 it’s fresh no preservative so it will get spoil if you keep out side because of the hot weather.

Ur dough looks too dense, may be dats y it didnt proof well .. also bread looks too dense
Using high protein wholewheat bread flour will yield a good loaf. I buy it from Amazon.
