- This is a muscle building dumbbell workout. This upper body session starts with a warm up, moves through three trisets targeting arms, shoulders, back and chest and ends with a quick cool down stretch. Complete two upper and two lower body workouts each week!

Warm up
Triset ONE
1. Pronated grip row 25lb/11kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
2. Alternating chest press 20lb/9kg
3. Side lateral raise 12.5lb/5.5kg
Triset TWO
1. Single arm high row 12.5lb/5.5g
2. Triceps press 20lb/9kg
3. Wide curl 12.5lb/5.5kg
Triset THREE
1. Alternating shoulder press 15lb/6.5kg
2. Narrow curl 20lb/9kg
3. Skull crushers 15lb/6.5kg
Cool down stretch

Now that I have done your different workouts and liked them all- I have to say that the upper body/lower body is my favorite! 4 days a week, yoga on the off day in between, and walks every day! Totally doable! Thank you!
This may sound crazy but sometimes putting on my shoes is a blocker that keeps me from waking up at 5 am to work out. I love that you're not wearing shoes - I get to just roll out of bed and get started!
Yes! I really like this too. Not having to put on shoes somehow makes working out a little more accessible! 🤷🏻♀️
