I just recently bought a replica of 4361 in HO-Scale and I was shocked when I first saw this video cause I never knew that locomotive was involved in such a tragic accident 79 years later until now. R.I.P to those that died! Great video btw!

My great grandfather died in this accident. He was a waiter on the train. He was born in Louisiana, ended up in California for jobs during the war. He started working for the railroad because my great grandma thought it was a safer job for him.
