It's going to take time but this is definitely the future. The other reason there is not as much hype (As explained by the founder in his conversation on the Paul Barron Network) is that they follow a technology first approach. They aim to grow organically. Lots of other projects spend millions on marketing. But I think this is definitely something they should start ramping up on as well. Doesn't help you have the best tech, but relatively few people know about it.
Convincing. I bought my first position in ICP early slightly above $4, but it was way too small. Sold most of my alts now and shoved them into ICP and KAS, fuck the rest.

Isnt it the case that when ICP went to ath of $700, there were only 25 million coins in circulation (mcap of 18 billion)?? So to achieve a target of $1000, the market cap would need to hit 511 billion. The true value of the $700 coins was actually $35. 18b / 510m = 35
correct,but then again he talking about 2029,it can realisticly hit 500b mcap by then but in 2025 id say 100b tops

All the tech billionaires are kinda teasing that the next generation of tech will come quicker and quicker. If icp is a true gen three processor it has a potential to be a important building block for the next generation of internet. Rn it seems that gaming is the forefront of development but that makes sense there’s a lot of gamers it’s a good sector to be dominate in. But what will cause icp to go parabolic is if it’s adopted by financial institutions and businesses ie virtual meetings virtual tours vr shopping so on and so forth. I think people aren’t seeing the true potential of crypto and blockchain technology at large. There’s going to be cash flow opportunities that we just can’t even comprehend yet. Think about it if you went back to when the Internet was just about to come out and told people that one day in the not to distant future people are going to become millionaires and billionaires from internet coins they would laugh you out of town. All I’m saying is don’t be surprised if tech goes to a whole different level within the next five years…. I will say I think the only thing that will slow it down is the fact that established wealth tends to like to be established Microsoft and Sony both just dropped new gen consoles typically they get 7-10 years of selling those things. If gate keeping wasn’t a thing it would probably be happening already if not really soon. I really wouldn’t start holding your breath until crypto and stocks are seen as equally valid. But by then we’ll be way ahead of the game personally I wish I came across icp soon but tbh the whole ftx thing made me stay away from the while situation. Idk about Icp being the absolute top crypto in the future but the more I see and hear about it the more it sounds like a top three. Idk id be hesitant to put a cap on where not only ICP can go but where other currencies like Gala xrp cro Jasmy Eth solona and Bitcoin can go. No one thought bitcoin would hit 60k 10 years ago… adoption has started the titans of the crypto market will probably be established way quicker that 10 years. This isn’t financial advice and I take a targeted profit taking approach just in whatever I’m convicted in I tend to keep a certain amount aside to hold for life. For example I hold 1.26M jasmy I will hold 100,000 for life (I’m not completely married if I gotta sell all is well it’s called opportunity not commitment).

Yes, he has told that APR is going eventually to diminish to around 5% but by that time the price of the ICP is supposed to increase considerably. Which is going to preserve still growing advantage of owning ICP.
