I agree with PA. Every Voting station should have had a trial run. The people were not always trained to handel Queries. The PO should be highly trained, know who the groups are that will be working with each PO. Especially when it comes to counting. The observers have to see each spoilt ballot so that they can report back to the IEC. It saddens me that it was such a mess. The training is a lot of information to retain. You must know every item on each list.
