I have listen to this sound every night for over a week. Tried to go to bed without it and layed in uncomfortable silence for 3 hours wondering when i would sleep but as soon as i played this i was waking up the next morning thinking to myself "when did i fall asleep?" 😂

Anyhow, I was wondering how you get the sounds, like are they real or are they technology designed?
Also I showed this to my grandma who unfortunately died last year of age. She said that it helped a lot.
