Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe | Black Pepper Chicken Restaurant style | Pepper Chicken
ingredient:-
Chicken Thai Boneless 300 gm
cornflour 1.1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
egg white 1 piece
oil for chicken frying
ingredient for gravy
cooking oil 1 tbsp
ginger chopped 1 tsp
garlic chopped 1 tsp
2 pieces lemon cut in slice
White sugar 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup
Green chilli 4 pieces cut in slice
soya sauce 1.1/2 tbsp
mama's sita oyster sauce 1 tbsp
1/2 tbsp cornflour ad water and mix it for gravy
Black pepper crush 1 tsp
chicken powder 1/2 tbsp
