The hard challenge is too easy, but shouldnt be done bc your body wont trigger itll stay comfortable. A cheat meal and resting is way more beneficial to tricking your body into continuously producing and cutting. Theres always weird "new" ideas like the games changing. No its always been the same great strat for the same great results
