It’s Truboo by Lionbrand! It’s 100% Rayon from bamboo. I think Loops & Threads recently bought them out or started replacing the Lionbrand Truboo at Michaels for their own version (silky soft by Loops & Threads), but it’s essentially the same thing :)

There is a pattern for the heart tote available on my Etsy :) Unfortunately I won’t be making a video/free tutorial as I worked really hard on the pattern! But there are many free versions out there if you’d like to make one
