The Marauder is a WiFi and Bluetooth pentesting tool that runs on the ESP32 WROOM. The project was inspired by Spacehuhn's deauther projects and uses libraries from him and Bodmer.

Dude, from an old guy who has been learning "attempting" to learn for most of my 59 years. And only ever soldering everything single pin at a time with a stick gun. You my friend are my HERO. You are a genius! With my old mind and PTSD I wish I could remember 1/2 of the things that I have learned over my 59 years of attempting to learn from smart guys like yourself. Thanks for sharing.
surface mount soldering is alot different to the old through-hole stuff..i know my eyes arent good enough for the SMD stuff these days!.. i need a microscope!
i still prefer working on through-hole boards only..
I hope you do an update video on how all the new software updates can be used. It's amazing how much the marauder has grown from this video.
I would definitely like to take on a project like this. I think it's 10x better if you build it yourself. I really liked the way it turned out. Cool project dude. Nice job.

This is a rad concept you got, but aside from that, if you were even to just make a grip of videos of you soldering items onto PCB’s and explaining their functions as you go, that would also be a much-needed niche, because I am pretty sure I am a preschooler compared to you, lol. Please don’t ever get discouraged. Your videos are supreme and it’s only gonna be a matter of time before you become a big CZcams personality. Keep up the good work!!!

As soon as I found out about esp32 I immediately saw the pen test potential with it. Sky is really the limit.
Depending on price I'd buy one. I wish more people did stuff with the ESP32 as its a really capable little MCU.

I would buy one for my school's library program and set up a Bluetooth activity for display. I think people would appreciate this device. Great video btw! watched it twice! I found the micro-level sodering the most interesting. I've yet to try that level of difficulty with my radio shack wanna be projects.

Can't seem to get all the bits in a row to compile from source. Yea, I know - I'm weak. AVRDude the 0.8 bin file, maybe?
The documentation on github tells you how to update using the bin file in the releases and either an SD card or WiFi.
@@JustCallMeKoko Yea, if I start from 0.4 or higher, I can use the WiFi. I did try the SD card, but no joy. I'll try that again. thanks! Most all the instructions guide to using Device > flash | update or the like. Options that didn't yet exist in 0.1. You've been busy!

Really cool video!! 😎 I was wondering if Marauder would be able to work on the ESPlay Micro from Makerfabs?? It's a little emulator handheld that runs on an ESP32 chip. I believe it's the WRover. I just ordered one a few days ago to tinker around when it arrives and I was watching this and thought it would be a perfect fit for Marauder since it's portable and you can take it around with you to play games on a bus or in a waiting room or something. Well keep up the awesome work!! 💯

That solder paste stencil was key . What size is the exhaust fan your using ? I am working on furniture/electronics project (building a server into a desk) The spaces I want to use for ventilation/air-flow are about the same size as that fan . The brand and size would help thanks.
I got the fan off of amazon. It is made my Kulannder and it is called the "Handy Carry Solder Smoker Absorber Remover Fume Extrator Smoke Prevention Absorber DIY Working Fan" ..their words.
It says the size of the fan is 8.8". It comes with a carbon filter and you can order replacements for the filter as well.

The screen on the mini doesn't show the full line for beacon sniff, the latter half gets cut off. Any workarounds?

So I have flashed everything my esp32 is ready to go but here's my problem I don't have the screen and I can't git it for about 3 week is there a way to access the CLI with my computer or over bluetooth hope you see this and again man truly beautiful work
At the moment there is no CLI available over bluetooth. There is however CLI available over USB-to-UART connection if you want to connect and android device or PC via USB cable

i have an esp32 dev board, a couple 128x160 tft screens ( not touch :c ) and some sd cards slots, if i get some button switches will it work if i flash the Mini version?

A stupid question how you figured out capacitors, resistors values and where to put them in that circuit with selected hardware. I apologise I'm completely new to electronics and just started learning

When it comes to the rickroll from the marauder, is there any way to edit the rick roll and change the SSID’s that it’s broadcasting?
You could just create your own list of SSIDs and use the beacon spam list attack
