This guy provided a well thought out explanation about his theory and thought process. If I had more time and less work I would strive for this level. Hopefully next year for me.

Such a cool deck! I love when people apply concepts from one format to another, it really shows the power of being able to explore the game in retrospect like this. Hopefully more players will put their spin on this sort of playstyle as well!

I honestly think fiend megacyber is a slept on card especially with how strong gravekeepera spy is. love this love everything about it. It goes to show low tier decks can win. Thank you for this and congratulations on the win. I wish this guy would find a way to make the great LAVA GOLEM wins.

Yo. I run zombie and he’s so right about the ryu kokki. I use creature swaps and scapegoats. Guess you can say my variation is control based.

I see a fiend megacyber, and I like -- I'm a simple man
Here's what I'm thinking. We replace the zombies with more rat package (maybe a lily replaces a cyberstein), and book of life become gigantes for a similar effect.
Gilasaurus, Marauding Captain, Jujitsu Master, heck even pyramid turtle, D.D. Crazy Beast maybe in the side, Cipher Soldier as well, Mystic Swordsman… problem I'm seeing is that we are missing on high attack beater. That's were the Gigantes would help I think.
There's also probably a Rescue Cat route but I'm not sure how far we would deviate.

You could’ve forced those goats if you run the ojama on the extra deck SS the fiend mega cyber and azura priest takes of the goats fiend and turtle for game and not give your opponent another extra turn.

Just a ruling question....if i have a monster on the field, and i activate last will, what happens if my opponent chain a ring of destruction targeting that monster? Does will resolve?

waiting with dust is not worth it. heavy is one of 40 cards while there are like 15 monsters he ccan play that you might want to dust, and that might even be the only monster they have.
Getting rid of heavy early is sooo strong though that it's often worth it. And the monster they summon/set 1st usually isn't the biggest deal, especially if you have answers for it. Also they can use card d, pot, graceful, upstart before you dustshoot too. And when they do summon/set a monster, they do so without knowledge that you have dustshoot, and if they knew you had dustshoot there's a chance they wouldn't have wanted to summon/set that monster, or do whatever play they do at the start of M1. And holding shoot keeps em guessing I guess too lol, got a confuse factor to it lmao. But you're right as well that just using it right away is very good too, could be better, it's hard to say. Especially if they only have 1 monster, and just set it and pass, that would be brutal.

I mean i like that a underdog deck won, but let's be realistic. he probably just was very very lucky and probably went 80% of the time 1st and had trinity luck. This deck will have a 50% win rate or maximum 55 % if you really play it over 20-30 duels
Won RPS the first 4 matches and lost RPS the last 3 matches.
Even chaos turbo has sth like 53-54% winrate haha lol
@@AB-ds3zl i had a 75% win rate with earth aggro, everything under 60% is just luck or tier 2 deck
@@igeniusyounot6187 thats your personal win rate, but whats important is the overall win rate of a deck in the long run. e.g. example the win rate of various decks are being tracked during war league. If a deck had an overall win rate of 75% everyone would play it ^^
How does this Deck actually win? The only target for Turtle is fear in the darkness so basically every Turtle is a brick
Is a stupid idea play both mummy and fear?

No because I was normal summoning fear every single game which was really important. Despair is just a brick 90% of the time.
