Boyu How to Disassemble,Assemble Screw ? (Screw Disassembly,Assembly Method)

In this video, you can see the method of Screw Disassembly,Assembly in detail (SPC Floor Production line).
Procedure：
1、Use a crane to lift up the mould
2、Dismantle the connecting flange for the confluence core
3、Move away the mould without rotation
4、Disassemble both the heating control line and the temperature sensor of the confluence core
5、Remove the confluence core
6、Turn on the motor of the main machine
7、Disassemble the feeding device and the circulating cooling water pipe
8、Dismantle the discharging port of the feeding device
9、Dismantle the connecting block
10、Loosen the large connecting nut
11、Dismantle the fixing seat for the cooling fan
12、Remove the metal hose for vacuuming
13、Rotate the machine barrel front-to-back adjusting handwheel clockwise
14、Use a crane to move out the machine barrel with rotation until the passing-in/-out of the screw is not affected
15、Remove the fixing block to prevent the screw from falling back
16、Pull the screw out of the machine barrel slightly
17、After having pulled out the screw by 1/3 of its length and having separated two pieces of screws completely
18、Clean up the materials
19、Install the screw into the machine barrel by 2/3 of its length
20、Install the gasket for gap adjustment
21、Mount the fixing block
22、Move the machine barrel with rotation
23、Tighten the big connecting nut
24、Observe with a dial indicator
25、Mount both the discharging port of the feeding device
26、Install the feeding device
27、Install the metal hose for vacuuming
28、Mount the fixing seat for the cooling fan
29、Install the confluence core
30、While locking these screws use a copper to tap the connecting block
