if I had to live with just one House for the rest of my life, I would choose Polo. They have all the seasons covered. Red/Fall, Blue/Summer, Green/Spring, and Black/Fall.

I bought this two weeks ago. A little insider... basically they grabbed the best parts of the edt..edp & ultra blue notes to "blend" it all together. My favorite out of the bunch!
How do you like it? I might pick this one up tomorrow. I don't have a "blue" fragrance in my collection (yet).
@@WifEyesWideShut I love it! I've never bought any out of the blue collection until this one. Glad I waited. I was really intrigued to purchase the ultra blue one from last year.
I'm going to try this one.My mother bought me the original 2003 version for me as a Christmas gift in 2015.I always have fond memories of my mother whenever I wear this fragrance. It's sentimental for me.She passed away in October of 2018.
How was it?
Fan of the line. Love the blue edp. Its a no brainer reach sent for casual days running around.
Just got this yesterday. This smells way better than how you describe it.
I bought this fragrance recently from Macy's. It is good. I would rate it 7 to 7.5/10. To me it suffers largely from its somewhat below average performance especially for an EDP, but applying it to a targeted small layer of oil lotion or vaseline enhances its longevity. Very safe buy, but I recommend waiting until it hits discount shelves. This is worth checking out, but not what I would consider "highly recommended".

I am a fan of the blue line, especially vintage original blue. I will most definitely pick it up but once it's discounted
I usually don't like Blue Fragrances. Last blue fragrance I got was Ultra Blue. I did not like it.
This version? I sprayed it against other fragrances. Chanel Sport Extreme was one of the competitors. And I wore them around for a few hours. And I ended up getting this one. I love it. It's a good one.
Hey Max, got Polo Blue Gold Blend today. Initially a little strong off the atomizer, but the dry down I love! Well Ralph Lauren you didnt disappoint. Neither did you Max, thanks for the info.

Great in depth review as always. I do not own any of the Blue bottles, so this might be a good one for me to check out! I am a big fan of Red, and obviously the original (Cosmair) formulation. Max, thank you for all you do for the community!!

I love Ralph Lauren and have many both his and hers. You didn't mention Polo Blue Sport which I thought was okay. My top three RL: Extreme Polo Sport Safari for Men and Purple Label. My Polo Blues run thusly: EDP then Ultra then Blue then Sport. GB sounds right up my alley. J xox
Smelt this today in blooming dells smells nice.blended very well smells as if it has some 1 million lucky in it😋.
Agreed a days work is good longevity, most likely wont have mush occasion's that youre gonna dedicate more than 8hrs too outside of that

Ok I recently bought a bottle of this and I love it. Living in a tropical island this one its perfect for work and casual hang out after work. I also bought a sample of artisan pure and I prefer polo blue gold. Artisan pure to me smells likes synthetic orange or some cheap cleaning product.
Picked this up today and love it.
Looking forward to smelling this. I do like Red Extreme, Black and Double Black.

Hey Max, new to your site. Polo is what started my cologne addiction, so green will always be my favorite. Black and Supreme Cashmere round out my top 3. Just ordered Blue Gold blend and waiting for it to arrive so we'll see.

Nice review!! I own the original polo blue and love it. Used to wear it a lot years ago especially on vacations, also the edp. Never tried Ultra Blue which do you think is better now ultra blue or this gold one

I own the Blue EDT and ECP. Bought the Gold Blend two weeks ago.I Like it. NIce change of pace. Kinda like Dylan Blue, Bleu de Chanel, and Polo Blue EDP had a baby....Still trying to get deep into it. Definitely better than Ultra Blue. My fave is still the Polo Blue EDP though. That is a forever classic in my opinion.

Have you tried the big pony #1? Not officially of the blue line but it is a blue bottle with green horse. Hard to find the others these days..i liked all 4 of them in my college years.

Artisan Pure for the 90 degree plus days. You can get away with Gold Blend under 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

I love all of the Red lines, epsecially the Red Extreme, for the same reason I love the Polo Ultra Blue. Polo takes the heart of the line and take it to the extreme. They take out anything extra and just leave you with that draws you to the line (Red, Blue, etc).
