Take it easy boys. I remember the Mighty Springboks did something similar with Camp Staldrad or something like that. Completely broke the players.
Kamp Staaldraad. Yup, but that was just downright ridiculous - it was recce training if memory serves me correctly. They had the guys huddled down naked in a mud hole overnight and shit like that.

I might get some flak here but i dont know if anyone would make a better profile for taking on a military training camp session than a pro rugby player trying to make a world cup team. These arent reality show contestants. These are highly conditioned all round athletes who smash into other humans for a living. And they are trying to make a world cup squad. Good on wales but anything less than a Supreme effort spells trouble.

They should do well, but the Welsh RWC group is a joke. Should never have made the pool draw based on WR rankings almost four years prior to the tournament start date.
Can train as hard as you want lads...you all will continue to choke at the world cup
