Do you know what changes you're going to make? Or are you still working on your plan at the moment?
How much would a pergola like this cost to build i want craig philips to build it for me
Many thanks, we'd love to be able to help other more, This kind of structure you should;d be able to build yourself from around £2k
@@MrandMrsDIY - there's no way the materials cost as much as 2k.
I only don't understand why the beautiful stone needed to be covered by cheap floor and destroyed with anchors.
It was the families choice, they had a lot of stone around there back garden area and wanted something more softer and warmer to sit around while dinning outside. we thing its adds to the over all design and finished look of the structure. appreciate its not everyone taste
I did wonder why cover stone, but if they have a lot then I get it but I love the stone
lol hardly nothing on that liquid rubber roof, obviously a nightmare, looked like it was bringing all the tape back up 😂
The liquid roof wasn't a nightmare at all, it was easy to apply and worked really well, we had to roof covered and water tight within one hour, once it dried we went back and applied 3 further coats then it looked great. we had some areal video shots but they wasn't used in the edit.
Nice work but too much waist of timber.....
Why do you think so?
There wasn't hardly any wood wasted on this build, woods to expensive to waste now a days
Seriously !! I like DIY, but even I don't have all those tools required lmao. Sometimes, whoever makes these videos needs to thing about their audience......who the hell has all those tools??? DIY - Do It Yourself, not AFPE A Fucking Professional Expert!!
Sorry you feel that way, We do try. Most tools shown in the video will have a hand tool equivalent. Mitre saw > Hand saw. Compressor & Nail Gun > Hammer. This build can absolutely be done with DIY tools, it'll just take longer.
