Replacing a bathroom faucet that had pipes directly screwed into it

- This is a construction video of a bathroom faucet replacement in Amagasaki City.
A leaky faucet has symptoms such as ``the water won't stop even if you tighten the handle'' or ``you hear a buzzing sound when you turn on the hot water.''
The bathroom at the scene was in a room in the apartment.
When I checked the scene, I found a deck-type faucet attached to the bathtub, so I opened the inspection door and checked inside.
It turned out that the water supply pipes and hot water supply pipes were installed directly into the faucet using direct-fitting piping.
Since we couldn't replace the faucet as it was, we replaced some of the piping with flexible pipes.
If you have any concerns such as ``I don't know what to do because the faucet and the pipes are directly connected'' or ``I can't change the bath faucet no matter what I try,'' please take a look!

経験上ですけどマンションは直付け配管の割合が多いように思います。
お風呂の蓋ですが完全には閉まらないかもしれませんね。
この間同じような状況の現場があったので親近感湧きましたw
点検口も狭く、戸建てだったので泣く泣く床下に潜りました(ﾉД`)

うちの場合はただの固着していた直付け配管だったのでまだいいですが、床下に潜らないといけない状況は辛いですね...
