Hello everyone, I'm Seyyah Ömer.
After the forest disaster and fires in 2021, I was hurt too. I was so upset that I decided to raise awareness with the belief of doing something and not to remain silent about this situation. I thought the best thing I could do was to make our forests cry to all people.
I started my journey from Manisa with my dog ​​named Comrade, who joined me in Edirne, with the motto "81 Cities, 81 Saplings" and the slogan "I'm walking for the forests", I started a tour of Turkey by walking alone. I want to listen to nature's cry for help by planting a sapling in every city I reach, and to announce this cry to the entire existence of humanity. I dream of showing the belief that even a seedling is a thousand lives against global warming, the love of the forest to you and your warm hearts, and that nature is the home of all living things.
In addition, I commemorate my march with mercy and gratitude to our forest martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our forests and our future, and to all those who lost their lives in the fire.
