Hmm. That’s interesting, everyone is making that way, 2 aperol, 3 Prosecco and 1 soda. Me also a whole time. here is shown, 3 2 1, I made it like is made here, funny but taste little different, less bitter, more complex and round, much smoother… mindblown o.O seems like aperol mixes better when it’s poured later. I’m surprised it changed flavour profile o.O

the proportions are the same in each so it doesnt matter. You want a larger Spritz, you use the first
@@ndisneymost cocktails rely on ratios as opposed to exact measurements. I take it math wasn’t your strong suit in school otherwise you would have noticed the measurements you provided are exactly the same ratios. 3:2:1 😂

No offense but it’s 2 parts Aperol, 3 parts Prosecco, 1 part seltzer, add ice and then garnish with an orange slice.
