✔️ 1/2 tsp dried garlic
✔️ 1 shallot
✔️ 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
✔️ 1 onion
✔️ 1 carrot
✔️ 2 cloves of garlic
✔️ 1 sweet pepper
✔️ olive oil
✔️ salt
✔️ black pepper
✔️ bunch of parsley
✔️ 1 glass of water
✔️ 2 tbsp tomato paste
