I like how Gibb's TV is so old it has an acoustic clicker remote. My Grandpa had one of those sets back in the late 70's. The remote had little tuning fork like bars in it and pushing the buttons would make a hammer ring the bars. The tv figured out what to do by the frequency of the sound.
With Weatherly/DiNozzo leaving, maybe they can find more storylines for Joe Spano to show up as Fornell. Once, of course, Fornell recovers from being shot. Excellent writing, great rapport between the two actors.

There are many Indian villages that traditionally don't even use spices. Outside of that you've obviously had very few examples as there are hot, mild, creamy, fruity meals that don't even have to be 'curry' in the typical sense.
