the only thing I don't like about the multiclassing system is the fact that you now essentially don't get to compete without multiple high level characters.
Yeah, this is really stupid because no casual players will be able to effectively use multiclass. I've played like 30 hours this wipe and only have a level 35 fighter

@@JELKEK not everyone can play more then 2-4hrs a day, and not eveyrone wants to be stuck playing JUST DaD that 20% is in the limbo state of being rolled back, really wish I could play DaD more but it does make me hesitant to play because I really don't want to use my limited time each day cause of work to level up classes I have no desire to play but I need to for the perks

They’ve already stated it’s not easy yet and the multi class system will be modified.
I feel like it balanced the classes. In my experience, the only people who complain about it dont have the time or skill to use it yet

I feel like this should have been a test that happened inbetween seasons. What is the point of a season when you drop a patch half way through that literally breaks the entire game.

I've think I've made the most of build. Still living alta tho.. demon form barb with robust, 100 magic res, 25% magic res, demon shard perk. Demon form and Achilles. With 10 shards you'll be over 200hp in grey gear and I'm pretty sure Achilles will heal u if you pop the demon for heal like blood exchange. Even if it doesn't the slow is good or maybe swap it.

After seeing multi class in play, safe to say I'm not gonna launch it again lol. It might be fun for the no lifers lvl 90+ players who have BiS perks and abilities but like how tf are you going to maintain a influx of players when this is what it's like. Iron Mace Goofy for this

If they didnt give a shit they wouldnt update us or update the game consistently every week or roll back shit that isnt working. If you keep up with the discord you can see when they are testing something new, and if it isnt working they roll it back. Yes, being able to use besides 5-6 different blunt weapons would be amazing with cleric. In d&d, clerics can use swords

Cleric with high dex or action speed would be crazy.
When in PT 4 when I first mained cleric the only thing we needed was action speed.
Multiclassing has some interesting ideas behind it, but it's mostly used for stupid shit like Bards having War Cry or Barbarians using Recurve Bows.

I'm in the same boat as you, used to grind so much a couple months ago. Just came back again for about a week and seeing this multi-bs implemented amongst several other terrible changes made me quit just as soon
Multi-classing is a shit show but I personally think it’s fun and still worth playing. Much different than it was 6 months ago though. Been playing since pt4 and still loving it

game is more ruined, all normal lobbies are spammed with level 50+ while returning players like me who are level 5 are just auto losing cuz they have more and better perks...wtf were they thinking? u benefit the players who grind 247 but shit on casuals well done!

@@robertfuentes6226 Are you restarted? Capping movement speed = less movement speed for 🐱 ahh players to work with. No obviously running away isn’t completely gone. but its a good step torwards making the game more about pvp rather than sprinting away for 20 minutes until they throw enough garbage at you to get you to 1 hit.
all it does is make the slower classes as fast as what should be the faster classes without having to lose out on much else.

As much as I like this game, multiclassing needs to either not exist, due to removing class identity, or be HEAVILY restricted. I'm talking out of all the things you can get, it would be reduced to maybe 2 perks and no abilities per class.
So unfortunately what it means to have class identity in this game is that your Ranger across a 40 ft hallway and he's a rogue on the other side of the hallway and basically you just win that fight because he doesn't have reliable range I know to you that fight may feel good because it makes you feel powerful but some of us are seeing huge flaws in it and there's a reason why the game is losing most of his players

That made no sense. Are you saying the rogue isn't having fun due to a poor match up? If that's the case, I agree that the game should continue to be balanced and changed, but I don't think such reckless multiclassing is the way forward.

I personally like it, it's funny running around with a zwei as a rogue.
Might be a fun way to play the game but that they focus on putting something like this out from nowhere instead of focusing on putting out more classes. However if there is multiclassing then they could just ignore putting out new classes and then just put out new spells you can get as a reward for leveling. For me i lost all the feeling for the game and they pretty much changed the whole game with this. Just put out a game mode which could be multiclass lobbies that is a none competitive mode instead of making everyone play this new game they made.

Only way to fix buffball is to assign each class a role, similar to Overwatch, and then only allow so many roles in a 3 man lobby.

Too big of a change for this late in production
Everyone not enjoying multi-class is basically admitting that they enjoy having a non-fair rock-paper-scissor meta you know who you are basically you would just pick the strongest class at the time that has range and you would just abused it and now that everyone can be to your level you're crying very pathetic guys come on
Like that won't happen here in a week or two. People are gonna find the strongest mixes on the most potent base stat class and go for that. Only difference now is not ANYBODY can just whip up the meta builds due to RNG, and time sink. So if you think "the rich get richer" is a good thing then I could see enjoying multiclassing as it stands. The people who were picking the "strongest class that has range" are just gonna do more of the same here, and the normal player can't feasibly keep up.
I'm enjoying it as is now, but I would hate to see it as loose and reckless as it is currently father down the line. It needs checks and balances, no class should have access to EVERYTHING. For a end of wipe test I think it's fun, as a core game mechanic that's here to stay, I think that's a big no. If it does it will be a trickle of the floodgates we have now.
