- We found a lot of really cool stuff at the thrift store today! I cannot believe we’re two for two with the Barbie cats!! Also some great Bratz finds online and in the store! I’m not only did I buy some Ariel’s sister dolls from an Instagram shop but I also was gifted the last two I needed by my mom!! I am SO stunned and grateful!!

He doesn’t really want to be in videos much so he’s not super comfy with that right now! Maybe someday :) I’ve shown his room a bit in other videos! He has decorating rights for the other living room, the kitchen, the master bedroom, the dining area and his own office!

Could you imagine if the Disney Store did a gift set of Ariel and all of her sisters 😭💗 That and a classic doll/play line Peter Pan doll (maybe in a giftset with Wendy that either comes with accessories that look like the nursery or John and Michael) are my dream dolls from ShopDisney.

The pokemon figures are so cool! Cosmog is one of my two favorites. My son collects the figures and I've only found weird ones in thrift stores. We did find a ton of plushies at a yard sale this year though.

My god this gave me the weirdest flashback. I had seen the stylized Ariel dolls and I just passed over them but like I totally had the pink blonde one????? I remember playing with her in the tub and chewing the tail???? I wasn’t even a chewer kid but I remember doing it. Were the mermaids sold separately? Because I only remember the one but it could be a hand me down from my sisters

Austin has become a terrible place to thrift dolls. Most places have almost nothing, even Texas Thrift usually only has a few here and there. It is a doll desert for the past year or so.
Thrift Town, Thrift Central and all of those over in south Austin were soooo good… I miss them. Also the flea markets in San Antonio! There’s some really good spots in Kyle next to a delicious buffet also. It was the worst time in my life but GOD I miss the thrifting. Are the savers gone?? I know the Brodie oaks one closed down
@@xCanadensis Thrift Town was OK but the other Thrift stores down there had nearly empty walls where the dolls would go. I went about a week ago. The good Savers on Burnet and Northloop is gone. There is one up in Cedar Park. I will have to go down to San Antonio for flea markets,have not done that before.
A guy walked out of Thrift Town while I was walking in with a Rainbow High doll with all her clothes. I found the genie from Aladdin, but there weren't any other good doll finds there. If I hit Texas Thrift when they are putting things out I can find some good things. I live about 2 minutes away from that store.
You live near the Cici’s!! We lived in the Brodie Oaks area so Texas thrift was FAR but I always had good finds!! Also the Kid to Kid stores and Once upon a child in San Antonio and Austin were always great. Thrift town damn near ALWAYS had $30 AG’s
Also the goodwill live auctions were SOOOO GOOD
@@xCanadensis Sadly the auctions went away during shutdown and they never came back. I think Goodwill does all their auction stuff online, which sucks. I don't go as often as I used to since it has been so sad lately.
