My son studied in Philippines but do not have license to practice there as it was not mandatory by MCI at that time. He passed the FMGE examination. Did his internship for one year in India and got his license to practice here. Now he is doing his MD in Anaesthesia in India in a Government medical College. Is he allowed for residency in Germany ?
