Hi! Thanks for this video! I cleaned up my burners and replaced my spark ignitor but my burners are not firing up. I have a firemagic regal grill that I purchased with the house. I have no air shutters. Do you think that may be a reason? I am trying my luck that maybe you or any of your viewers can help me.

Thank you for the video. I have a Fire Magic Regal II builtin that's about ten years old. The flames were very sloppy and yellow. I cleaned out the box, and cleaned the 6 burners. I drilled out the burner holes, hacksawed the jump slots, and generally wire brushed the vast iron with WD40. The burners seem to be in good shape. I put them back in with the air shutters in the closed position, I think. I'm not sure who to see the air shutters after they're installed and I don't know how to access the tab to adjust the flame. I also didn't clean the orifices on the manifold as I'm not sure how to access them. I turned it on and some of the burners didn't light up even after I brushed the holes as it was flaming.
So, how to adjust air shutters and R&R the orifice? Help please!

Get the smallest impact bit.. I think 1/16.. Drill them out and then vacuum it
