In the middle he's talking about them shifting the responsibility to break away back and forth until they reached a balance, but it was not the balance they wanted. In the end, knowing that nothing's working out anymore, they both get off the seesaw. The lyrics are so wonderful. I appreciate artists who can create such profound messages from a simple word.

This song is so beautiful, the way he potrayed the relationship as a seesaw game. It was fun at first but then as they dragged the game for long, it became boring and pressured them. If someone gets off the other would fall and be left on their own. If they don't get off, they would have to continue their already bad relationship and risk getting hurt more. The only way to end it is when someone took the courage to get off first. But it's hard and they continued to watch each other wondering who would get off. It's so beautiful and it's one my favorite song. It reminds me of so many things.

BTS really went through alot to be where they are now and I can proudly say that they deserve every bit of success fame and love the world has to offer to them

BTS Monuments Documentary on Disney+ Episode 2 near the end. Based on Suga’s own comments, there is no doubt (to me) that
See Saw was written during that time 2017-2018 when they were contemplating “getting off the see saw”/break up or re-sign their new contract.
BTS Beyond the Story pg 264 talks specifically about that time as well.
Bang PD told the guys to write about their own stories. I think See Saw and so many other songs have much deeper meanings than what one may initially think.
The way he says “all right” makes me so freaking happy and I have no idea why.
