Thanks a lot, this did the trick for me on my 2004 407! Pulled the connector and reattached it, blower turned on right away. Will have to see how long it will last, otherwise I will put on new connectors.

Eventually it works! OMG thanks God.. it works and just took me few minutes to settle.. I doesn’t how it works, but it did! This is the first clip I’ve gone trough and it works.. I have the 2003 station wagon, and I didnt see the wire. the heater motor works, while connected directly to the car battery. tried to connect a testlamp to the heatermotor connector, and heard a clicking noise. probably the relay? checked the brushes aswell, they dont need to be changed. Its getting cold and I cant drive without the heater due to condensation.

My contact has melted the plastic. It works if I pull them apart and back together. But only for a short while. Then I have to do same thing again. What can I do, the cable are really hot and that’s why the contact melted. What can be wrong?
Hi. My AC blows cool air for 1 or 2 seconds at and interval of 6 times before stopping every time i start my car. At times, when im lucky, the AC starts right away but most of the times it doesnt. The connector is pretty secured and it did no help with my AC even after disconnecting and connecting it. Do you seem to know the issue?
Sean Muruges i have no idea in right hand drive.my best suggestion is follow the wiring harness start from the blower motor because the other end of that connector is the blower motor.
Bro thanks but its just the wire pin connector readjustment. But mine the aircond did blow out an air but the cooling stage only start after 5 minutes driving.
if the gas is enough u should get 30psi low side & 200psi high side..gas is ok & the condenser fan speed is ok but u don't get the proper reading try to accelerate 3000rpm..then check the reading..if the low side is above 30psi ur compressor solinoid is having internal leak..change the compressor or find the same solinoid..clean also the expansion valve with wd40...to diagnose condenser fan without peugeot planet just over charge the gas then check if its getting high speed b4 it cut off...check also ur heater plap if its broken or stock up....

The connector is low ampere weak. DIY household connector can do the job, or cut and solder directly

My cars blower working fine but after driving some miles no air sis coming from blower fan it's becoming noicy what could be the problem bro?
Different case..might be the blower motor bushing is worn out..or maybe the pollen filter is clogged or blower motor blade is full of dust.

Jesper Lundin poor contact makes the connection getting hot.cut and change both connectors with bigger and high amperage.

First check ac gas pressure. If its gas ok then could be the blower flap problem.stuck in heater position

You can change the connectors with higher amperage or you can connect directly without the connectors

Henry Medrano according to the Aircond Shop its within the requirement and I did not asked whats the PSI.
