I had pitriyasis rosea when I was in campus, I was 21 or 22 at the time, the best advice is what you just said let your skin just skin.
It clears out eventually, with just a bit of hyperpigmentation cause of our dark skin, but nothing to make you lose sleep
I contracted this infection back when I was in 11th grade (i'm a junior in college now), and I remember I was so embarrassed whenever people look at my arms it looked like i had some kind of infectious skin disease. Looking back, I wish I was able to come across videos like this so I'd know this was nothing to be embarrassed of. Let skin be skin. My skin was able to heal now and there are no traces of the infection already. Thank you for this video!💜

I Can relate so much.. I have been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis for 2 years.. I re-systemized all my body, hair, face care products and the way i treat my skin and hair.. Its sort of a life styles and habits change.. I also took a turn towards certain products for sd mainly unscented and natural and gentle
I had pityriasis rosea during the winter and one thing that made it go away for me was washing my body with head and shoulders shampoo and then using cortisone cream as like lotion

Hey Chelsea, you are a realist and that's what I love about your videos. I used to have insecurities over my strawberry skin, figuring out how I can achieve a glass-look skin. I have acne spots and hyperpigmentation. However, it doesn't mean that I hate how I look. I am beautiful just the way I am. I belive that if I can augment my skin a lil bit and be proud of the change , that's more than enough. I love the way my skin looks.
