2021 How to deal with Exeter's Matford and Devon Hotel roundabouts

Approaching from Countess Wear / Bridge road and going ahead at the Matford Roundabout towards Marsh Barton and Okehampton. Then taking the 4th exit at the Devon Hotel.
The difference on approach to both roundabouts has changed currently due to the building works.
Remember at the Hotel roundabout both left and right lanes can come off at the 4th exit!
