    This really reinforced my understanding on dilations. Dilations was one of my easier topics, but I now really understand it. Now, I’m about to make this a lot more complicated. Would there ever be a question in a purely hypothetical math class about dilating upon specific axes? For example, “Multiplying the X values on a plane by a scale factor of 2, what are the new coordinates of shape ABC?”

      You end up multiplying each coordinate point by the scale factor to give you new coordinates for each point

    In 5.56 minutes the word stretch is spelled strecth. I am a teacher. But overall this was a very good video, sounds and all. Not to much or too little just the basics which is a good launch point from which to introduce the lesson. Thank you.
