විශ්ව නීතීන් කියන්නේ ඇත්තක්. තමන් විශ්වාස කරන දේ තමයි තමන්ට හම්බ වෙන්නේ. ඒ වගේම අපි දෙන දේවල්මයි අපිට හම්බ වෙන්නේ. විශ්ව නීතීන් වලට අනුව ජීවත් වුනොත් අපිට සාර්ථකත්වයේ උපරිම තැනකට යන්න පුලුවන්.(පාසලේ නීති කඩ කලොත් අපිට දඬුවම් හම්බ වෙනවා. පාසලේ නීති වලට අනුකූලව ඉදල ගුරුවරු දෙන උපදෙස් හරියට පිළිපැද්දොත් දිවයිනේ ප්‍රථමයා වෙන්නත් පුළුවන් වගේ, විශ්වයත් ඒ වගේ) බුද්ධ දර්ශනය තුළින් විශ්වයේ පවතින සෑම නීතියක් ගැනම ඉගෙන ගන්න පුළුවන්. ඒ නීතීන් පිළිපැදීම තුළිනුයි ප්‍රතිඵල ලැබෙන්නේ.(බුද්ධ දර්ශනය ආගමක් ලෙස ඇදහීමට අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ නෑ)
තමන්ගේ විශ්වාසය තමයි තමන්ගේ පරම ඥාතියා වන්නේ (විශ්වාසා පරමා ඥාතී) - මෙයත් බුදුන් දේශනා කළ ගාථාවක කොටසක්
"ආරෝග්‍යා පරමා ලාබා
සංතුට්ටී පරමං ධනං
විස්වාසා පරමා ඥාතී
නිබ්බානං පරමං සුඛං"
අර්ථය:
නිරෝගීකම පරම ලාබයයි
සතුට පරම ධනයයි
විශ්වාසය පරම ඥාතියයි
නිවන පරම සැපතයි
තවද, බුදුන් වහන්සේ දේශනා කර තිබෙනවා "චේතනාහං භිඛ්ඛවේ කම්මං වදාමි, චේතඉත්වා කම්මං කරෝති, කායේන වචාය මනසා" අපේ සිතුවිල්ලෙන් තමයි කර්මය(සංඛ්‍යාතය/ Vibration/ Frequency) නිර්මාණය වන්නේ. යහපත් සිතුවිලි වලින් යහපත් කර්ම නිර්මාණය වෙනවා, අයහපත් සිතුවිලි වලින් අයහපත් කර්ම නිර්මාණය වෙනවා. තමා සෑමවිටම අත්විඳින්නේ තමා විසින් නිර්මාණය කරගත් කර්මයයි. ඔබ සිතන්නේ සිතුවිලි වලින්, කටින් පිට කරන වචන, ශරීරයෙන් කරක ක්‍රියාකාරකම් යන තුනම කරන්නේ සිතුවිලි මුල් කරගෙන. එම සෑම සිතුවිල්ලකට අදාලවම සංඛාතයක් නිර්මාණය වේ. ඔබ සෑමවිටම අත්විඳින්නේ සිතුවිලි මුල්කරගෙන නිර්මාණය කරගත් දෙයයි. කර්මය පිළිබඳව ගැඹුරින් දැන ගැනීමට CZcams හී තිබෙන ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේලා දේශනා කර තිබෙන කර්මය පිළිබඳ දර්ම දේශනා ශ්‍රවනය කර නුවණින් කල්පනා කර බලන්න. තමාගේ සිතුවිලි වලින් තමන් අත්විඳින දේ නිර්මාණය වන නිසා ජීවත්වන සෑම මොහොතක්ම යහපත් සිතුවිලි සමඟ පමණක් ජීවත් වන්න.
