Recently found this on my old harddrive. This was converted from an old VHS... Credit - Rotorway International, now Rotorway Helicopter Manufacturing Co. www.rotorway.com
I shot most of this video in 1990 and 1992. At 9:45, there's a shot of me climbing into the machine. I was the only one on the video crew who had ever flown a helicopter. In one use of this footage, I did a pilot report. Seeing this brought back good memories. The original footage was shot with Sony Betacam SP, state of the art for video at the time.
i got one in my yard,an exec 90,never flown.never totally completed project by someone else, ive had, and worked on it for 3yrs,its got 4 and ahalf hrs engine time,its absolutely mint,too pretty to destroy by impatient inexperienced" got to do this".been training in an r22,a superior ship by the way,ugly compared,i totally love this thing,but my grown up family dont seem to get it.what an addiction to get,going in to your sixties.

Wow, if you look up the history of that particular Exec (N7456T), it was stolen from the factory by an employee who was on drugs or alcohol and crashed into a lake. He was killed and the helicopter destroyed
I live in Payson and would be able to fly from here to the Valley in no time. 1 hr 20 min by car, culd be turned into half an hour tops and I would still have enough to get back.
mine was a "barn find"buttons compared,i was lucky,or so i thought,a perspex door,mine had a crack,$500.and i had to cut it down to fit.everything about them is" deep pockets time"A VERY EXPENSIVE MISTRESS,all said,still love it.no fool like an old fool,hey?
if you ever own one,everyone you know,or will ever know,will hate you,just for owning one,.i proposed parking mine on the front lawn and my wife said she would set fire to it,or me,cant remember exactly,helicopters have a strange effect on people.be warned...i thought it was much nicer than a house extension.
you can add a long range tank, which extends to atleast 3 hours and you can keep a 10 liter bottle under the passenger seat, but idk if thats only for flying solo

The gentleman who piloted the Exec was “Stretch” and that ship was one of the best looking at the time.

2 hour endurance?? So 2 hours of flight? That sux.
plenty,take a cessna etc.you will need an airfield to take off,then land,thats 4hrs in total..ish.
