    The goal of the game exercise is to practice receiving the ball, with a focus on the first touch, so that the player with the ball has it under control and has the option of either ending with a pass to one of the goals or carry the ball between a pair of cones. The player who receives the ball confuses by a deceptive movement, defending the player, who defends a small goal by positioning, and at the same time tries to prevent the ball from passing through the through goals.
    The training exercise is inspired by the training exercise of Willem Weijs (@willemweijs), assistant coach to NAC Bred.

    Are defenders supposed to try to take the ball from the attacker?
