So far I have had no need for any customer service but I have had no problems communicating with them, as far as what people say...most people may or may not know how to maintain there printers properly that's usually where the problems start, these are still an ink jet style printer and also require a certain humidity zone level, for optimal performance, which 98% of the time I hear nobody talk about or setup, this also can effect printing and print heads.

Can you set up the R2 so it can print hot peel DTF?
Yes you can, as well the DTF film we will be using is a universal style film, warm/cold peel
