- we ride dirt is a crew of dual-sport/adventure friends from austin tx, trying to get lost on our motorcycles every weekend.
Original inspiration: www.rideok.com...
We ended up staying in broken bow, and riding 200-250mi loops in the SE corner of that route roughly following the latest GPX files found on that site and a few more recent tracks on / rideok .
Whenever we saw an open old road, we took it :) - Hudba
I live in Broken Bow, own a 300 Rally. It's trippy recognizing a lot of the places y'all went, you really got all over.
Thanks guys….it’s been added to my list. Looks like it was fun
Hey Jamie! Cory here 😅
Really enjoyed this vid. Ride a lot in Ok and never heard or done this as a loop. Solid stuff and fun!
Love to see more proper adventure rides! Subscribed
Great video. Great riding!
thanks for watching!
That Aprilia is gonna be my next bike!!
she was a beaut to behold!
Awesome!
I always thought Oklahoma was just a barren, flat wasteland. The terrain in this video looks pretty fun.
we only have a few 'close' options from ATX - were pretty stoked that Okla felt like Idaho in places! will definitely make it an annual trip!
Out west is flat pasture and wheat fields. The east section is very pretty. One side looks like New Mexico without the cool mountains and the other looks like Arkansas.
Amazing, would be a dream for me.
Can you please tell me where you found the spoke wheels for your bmw f750gs? I am purchasing one this weekend and have been curious about converting the factory mag wheels over to spoke wheels, but they are not the easiest to find
I got the VMX spoke tubeless from KKE Racing: www.kkeracing.com/products/vmx-19-17-tubeless-wheels-for-bmw-f750gs-2019-2020-black-hubs - bent the stock ones ha, but the VMX's have been great. Would recommend!
How did the T7 do? I’m saving to buy one
Perfect kind of ride for a T7. Great bike, tons of the crew have them now
Cool video, but you need to lay off the rewind button. Annoying.
How did the Aprilia perform overall? Looked like it still had stock tires.
not mine, but we've been on multiple rides together and he loves it - it's a killer bike!
I'm in far north Dallas and would love to explore that area more myself. Any routes or way points you guys could share?
Looks like the broken bow area?
@@davidfrizzell1958 yes, we stayed in broken bow and did 200-250mi loops based on the choctaw nation adv trail. Updated the description w links to GPX
What lift did you use to repair the tire?
It was a cheap dirtbike lift from Harbor Freight I believe. I rode the front wheel up onto the steps, then set the lift under the skid plate. The lever was not strong enough to lift the bike by itself without breaking
Can you share the GPX file for your route? I would love to ride it sometime.
Updated the description w links to the GPX files. Tons to explore around broken bow!
where did yall start? I see broken bow but did yall ride to Hochatown and drop in there? Looks great!
thanks man! we stayed in hochatown and rode 200-250 mile loops each day, getting gas and stuff in broken bow 🤙
What song is this at around 10:00?

Can you share the location?
Stayed in broken bow and rode 200-250 mile loops based on the Choctaw Nation adv trail (updated the descrip w links)
Can you point me to the GPS route you guys used?
originally based off the choctaw nation gps routes around broken bow (looks like the choctaw route at rideok.com's been taken down since), then just following whatever open roads we came across, and had quite a few dead ends. this group on fb might have more recent routes: facebook.com/groups/357742441482500. good luck!
Some of that may be private property y'all were on. I've heard of overland guys getting guns pulled on them and told to GTFO
I would bet that some of it is. A lot of those tracks look like closed roads. They may still show up on the map, but the land reverts back to private property.
