I stopped using shampoo years ago. Baking soda in the scalp, with an apple cider vinegar rinse (on just the hair, not the scalp) will give you clean clean clean and SHINY healthy hair! So I use it on my face too, as an exfoliant. So good!

I keep a tin of baking soda by my bath tub. I scrub my body with it regularly. I just found your video on this one. I’m definitely adding some vasoline to it for my feet. Thanks as usual for your brilliant recipes!

You can also use Epsom Salts in place of the baking soda. Or, Milk of Magnesia for a mask. Just wash your face, dry, and put M of M on your face. Let it dry and wash it off. It's really healthy for your skin and your skin will love it!

I applied M of M on my armpits for many years since I had rash when I applied any deodorants. Kept all smells at bay! Very effective. It was better than using a mixture of essential oils which can run down the body in the heat.

It really works on my face....
Baking Soda is incredible. I use baking soda and vinegar to clean my toilets. Use vinegar to mop my tile kitchen floor and for wood floor also use vinegar for cleaning and polishing appliances. Vinegar not only polishes it is anti bacterial. Much cheaper than other cleaners. Better than bleach. If u have a sluggish sink pour baking soda in ur drain follow with vinegar. It will open a clogged drain. Vinegar used as a rinse in your hair after shampooing leaves beautiful shine and softness.
