I’m new to the game and deadeye is my first character and I was about to throw in the towel for deadeye in pvp cause I can’t seem to do any damage but you make him seem so good!
Same here. I just started pvping on deadeye yesterday and man is it hard. It seems like you have to work so hard just to do less damage than other classes. After pvping for a few hours it gets easier but still hard. I hope after enough time I can become even half as good as the guy in the video.

did combo change with swiftness going from 1000 to 750 ? I'm watching your video and learning alot but there's some combo i still can't pull off, don't know if because i'm too slow or bc of changes
@@-__--__-_-- depends on a combo, supper -> nade->judgement -> disaster i use most of the times works just fine. But some combos are scuffed and dont really work.

In all my years of playing video games (over 20 now), there are very few things as impressive as the plays you pull off constantly in these videos.
Honest question mate, do you ever die? On a proper 1v1, both people full health i mean. Cuz looking at you play i find it very hard that anyone can even tag your character for long enough to get you down. Also, how long have you been playing?

I played roughly 9k games, it may seem a lot but most good players i know played 20k-50k games. I ofc can lose, there are classes that can do 100k damage in a combo if they catch you once, classes thats hardcounter deadeye like spear/taigon, and deadeye vs deadeye/gs matchup which is random as all hell, better player will win more often but no matter how good you are you can lose to pmuch anyone who can do a basic combo. That being said there was a few people who can win against me on ru server and there was barely anyone who can win in a bo7 series. But i feel like that was mostly becuase 1v1 is not really popular and avg player level was quite low, hopefully eu people will play it more.

Which of the builds would you recommend? Just starting the game and love your videos.
I was planning on doing full on guide for deadeye lts, with every skill explanation, builds, combos e.t.c. in 1-2 days. But for now i would recomend taking build 2 from the description(750 swiftness instead of 1k), it's the most versatile. If you are capable of doing harder combos you do quickshot -> the last supper -> grenade -> judgement time - > great disaster(you may need to move back a bit from the enemy with both shots), if are not you can always start out with quickshot -> the last supper -> judgement time, and use disaster into execution+freeze nade.

I didnt play much on eu, checked every build and stoped on normie for now. Builds are the same, just do 750/250 instead of 1000/250

@@malevon09 classes above deadeye you mean? Well it's a little bit more complicated, some classes that are placed lower on the list counter classes higher(striker struggles against sharpshooter etc). Its about overall performance. Deadeye counters are spear/taigon/arcane, also playing against classes like destroyer, gunlancer, reaper, blaster and deathblade can be really anoying. But all of this obv on a highest level of play, on low level anyone can kill anyone.
@@burningym Thanks again for the very informative reply, mate! By saying counter classes, how much is the loss ratio (lets say in best of 100 duels) vs equally skilled and top players? You loose way more than 50% of them or is it around 50/50?
@@malevon09 well the issue here is, it's hard to talk about something like this because actually good players barely play nowadays, so i cant really measure it properly. I would say (deadeye/compared class) 20/80 vs lance, 30/70 vs taigon and 40/60 vs arcane. Destroyer you will mostly win when you dont fuck up, id say 80/20. Reaper/blade are universaly bullshit but deadeye has ways to deal with them(aka sniper rifle) id say 50/50. And gunlancer is 70/30. All of this is out of my ass, so i wouldnt say it's 100% correct but i feel like its somewhat right.

I mean i did, but it is a meme build. Pistol skill don't do enough damage to really be efficient unfortunately. Well it might work now on eu/na against new players i guess, but playing against somewhat experienced playerer with this build is suffering

@@TheWhowhox3 750 swiftenss 250 domination, you will do most of your damage into cc'ed opponents. And on avg domination gives more damage

What do you think about sharpshooter?
Class feels somewhat weak, it can kite but his mana ends quicky, also whether or not you going to win often depends on sniper crit(either 20k damage shot or 60k lol nice game design). Id say class have some good upsides(good t3s, a lot of movement, fuckload of damage when you hit 30% crit, movement button with t3 immunity) , but some very bad downsides(mana consumption, no damage when you don’t crit, and the fact you cant spacebar out of claymore). Overall as i said earlier yeah, if feels kind of weak, but hey maybe no one really good actually played it yet.
you get some questionable interactions. Like the tripping effect from striker/wardancer against your enforce, i never win those trades, i ALWAYS get tripped. Is it your 0 ping?
well something is wrong if you trip using execution, i have 31-47 ping on eu and never trip, it might be the lack of tenacity tripod
What is your thoughts on Deadeye in PVE?

Deadeye would be better for sure. Lack of execution(the kick) on gunslinger makes some match ups close to impossible to win.(gs vs taigon/spear etc)
What skills should i spend my skill points on?
I have 3 builds for 1v1 in the description, i recomend using 1st(normie) one.

well it is your counter, you should almost never try to stagger them(only try catching them with deathfire), and try your best to hit the with execution when they use abilities that make them stay stationary in animation.

Well i made a script which is like 8 pages long and recorded combos i wanted to showcase on eu server. But irl fucks me hard, have no time to do anyting. If everything will be good in 2-3 days i may be able to record and uploard it

I only recorded yerger game there, didn't have more footage of this match, not sure if i lost this one (prob did on 8:28 tho) . Sometimes i just record 1 fight with instant replay. But yeah, in newer videos, i might add clips when i die.
