How is security going to protect her against COVID-19? Think critically, they are incarcerating her in New York and on top of that a prison. They interviewed Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's victims who lives in Australia now. Giuffre was allowed to listen to the arraignment hearing. She said she could hear Ghisliane saying "this can't be happening, why is this happening," etc. Of course, that could have been faked, but that's the closest I've seen to "proof" that she's actually been arrested.

The significance of these crimes being in the 90's is that they did not come to light before that plea deal was signed, and they'll argue that it negates the plea deal, or simply doesn't fall under that plea deal.

This case was already brought to court, but the women making the claim dropped the case because she claimed she had multiple death threats and her works website was hacked. But until Johnson actually does break her silence in a bigger way, there are still a lot of questions yet to be answered. There was a second anonymous lady on the court case, that claimed she was helping procure young women for them both, but she is being silent as well. So it's entirely possible that Maxwell knows something about this.
