Every RC car guy's dream... to have a buddy that can capture sweet drone follow shots like that!
I appreciate how you're coming at the hobby from the average user, fun perspective. These videos are just fun to watch! I know it's an investment of some hours every month, but I like seeing whatever you have going on! Thanks!
I like the crazy stuff you used to do!! Make more smiles for us,and let lose. Nice vid.
I had a 1972 Bronco. Full size with 40” tires with a removable top. Smurf blue but awesome!
Welcome back, we missed ya!
great to see you again!!! great to get kids involved!
All rc cars and trucks. Enjoyed you at flight test
Another killer video Alex!!!! Please, keep em comin!!!
Awesome video with vintage FliteTest footage with multiple Joshes at the old location! Love the Drive On content!
Cool RC truck Alexander! Rc cars are so much fun. 1/10 is a good size but personally I like the little ones. Me and a buddy used to have the 1/24th brushless Losi rally cars and made a little track for them out of card board even did some FPV with them so much fun.
I really enjoyed your video Alex!
Very wonderful to include your daughter in it. She's a cool kid, the Apple never falls far from the tree 😁 Awesome truck and insightful commentary!
Thanks for watching Ronald!
I have to say, I love your channel. It is totally relatable, educational and entertaining. Very happy NEW SUBSCRIBER! Please, keep these awesome vids coming!
Love my tenacity truggy. Great frame, fragile at some points but ive bashed it so hard its no surprise it took some damage. Its a ripper on 3s, i love to jump it. 😁
Ahh, a shell of a GOOD bronco. Would not say no to an 80-85 with a 4.9L/4-speed myself.
Arrma Senton here. Great fun!
Really like the Baja Rey because of the solid rear axle and linked rear suspension. With the independent front suspension the Rey has a really scale appearance and handling of the full size desert racers. But you pay a lot more. If I take the Losi plunge I am thinking about their no prep car.
The Senton is a base model, but I put a beater body on it, hand the radio to my niece's kids and they have a ball and that Senton is oblivious to their driving. What I gotta watch is the transmitter ;).
So, you still have the Gen7? Laugh but I still really like mine, and today I noticed that the entire front axle assembly is still available for like 30 bucks. I still think the Gen7 was a great starting point to build a competent crawler. I watched early DO videos and watched what you put them through as camera trucks and it sold me.
Have a great weekend Alex, big hugs to you and your family.👍
Love this video. Your perspective has always been the one I value most in RC, and I've missed your editing sensibilities. It's not easy to find time to put together a mid-length format video like this in your spare time. I'm happy you're able to do it every so often. :)
Appreciate it. I enjoy the entire process of RC and creating content. Nice to be getting into a groove again - thanks for watching :)
Amazing channel, hope I discovered it sooner! Great work bud! Subbed!
Hey there.
Are you guys going to be at Flite Fest this year?
I love the more scale style of the Bronco body. very classic paint scheme.
The Tamiya spray paints for polycarbonate cover very well compared to other prodicts I've tried and the solid colors are are very forgiving. Even if you get runs you won't see them because the polycarbonate body acts as a perfect and even clear coat.
I try to mix it up a little and you can get really amazing results by first spraying a few thin coats of one of the translucent colors first and then any of the Metallic ones. I especially like red and gun metal.
Not certain of I’ll be at FF this year.. I may be traveling at that time..
hi Alex, my name is Joey. Ive been watching the great content you have made from when you first started at flitetest. the vlogs, to me were the best ft videos and i really miss seeing that type of content. Im really glad to see you back at it. also i was wondering if i would see you at flitefest this year? thanks Joey.
VIDEO IDEA:
Take a LEGO car set and make it a rc fast car.
(lego sets like 42056 or 42077)
What a great video Alex. It is good having a monthly video to look forward to and this was a nice review showing the worth of investing in a long term good quality vehicle. I am building a non powered RC glider from Flite Test plans and wondered if you have tried much slope soaring because it is quite peaceful.
Thanks for the kind words! I have actually slope soared properly one time out in california and to date it is one of my favorite rc experiences. There’s a FT video on it somewhere.. If we had more slope soaring environments here in ohio I would definitely do it all the time.. unfortunately it’s mostly flat here… thanks again for watching!
Hi guys!!!!
Hey Jeff!

How can people give Flite Test a subscribe these days? have you seen it recently? Dangerous Dave trying his best and soulless Josh (literally ripped out of his chest by a corporation).... Same background music on video and shite boring content... Total sell-out! Still your channel makes up for it... especially like the baby blue background....love u xx
