Oh god yeah. Love the deliberate pacing and use of the choir/female vox here. This feels like the return-to-form that I was desperately hoping for. The last album wasn't bad, by any means, but I was missing the more dynamic post-rock influences of Audio Noir.
Only enough of a song for 3 minutes. Kinda cool but boring as shite. maybe self-indulgent is too harsh for this being this long, but maybe it's not. There's just not enough variation to justify it. Takes too long, goes hardly anywhere. Should've been good though.
Reminds me a lot of Tool (Peach) - You lied. Sounds like that song was a big influence for this one. Good thing imo, great song.
This bass line is nearly identical to Peach gb’s “You lied”.
