A tip for helping survivors, there are shortcuts in the bathrooms of paradise and wonderland plaza that allow you to travel quicker without having to go around or cross the courtyard
Need to save the guy captured by Adam the clown before you can use the mirror shortcut.

The one thing that I love about berleezy is that he's not afraid to show his own flaws: a lot of let's players would cover up and cut footage, but Berlin is confident in himself enough to show his Ls.

I agree people hate on him bc he loses a lot but it's part of his own learning curve and watching him overcome it (or not) is the most entertaining part. Tips For You Berlin:
1 Killing the clown in Out of control gets you the best weapon in the game that respawns and it unlocks a fast travel point that makes the game 10 times easier to get around (from wonderland bathroom to bathroom in paradise plaza),
2 on the second floor or paradise plaza you can find infinite orange juice in the cafe and over the railing onto a overhang a secret Katana can be found
3 because I dont want to backseat to much this'll be the last one from me, this a personal opinion but always keep 2 spaces open for a skateboard and a magazine that increases durability of whatever your favorite weapon type is...personally I like engineering but whatever works
I know you're suffering with this game but this play through is fire already
Oh i lied I have 1 more tip, in case you're sick of fighting the zombies in the elevator on the roof you can go to the left and use the door for a much easier way down

You need to backseat with Berlin. So many things he will overlook and not know about and then just end the series. Like he didn't realize leaving survivors behind slowly kills them and it's OKAY to save individual survivors in a group.

I love Dead Rising because of how infuriating the game can be sometimes, to overcome your faults and get a better run next time. It is possible to save every survivor that's a part of a mission, kill all psychos and finish the case - it just takes practice.
Quick No Backseaty tips for survivors:
Aiming at a location and pressing the "follow me" button will place a marker and the survivors will go then wait at that spot.
giving them a food item heals them
Also survivors in dead rising 1 are famous for being notoriously stupid and frustrating to save so it may seem like it’s not worth it to save them but you’ll have to try because they are the only way to gain massive amounts of PP also bringing in more than one at a time gets you bonus PP also the reason you didn’t bring Shinji and David is because they’re out of range when you went in the vent a good rule of thumb is to have them climb that ledge before the vent so they’ll be in range. Also that man you saved at the beginning who’s wife is missing she’s dead as fuck lol she was in that area to the left when you exit the vent from the safe house, I remember this because when you bring the two of them together they hug and you can capture the moment for bonus PP

I feel like everyone does cause the game is designed to make it beyond hard for your first time. That’s kinda your learning phase. This lets you level up and gain health and inventory blocks to keep on the start of your next run. So when you start a new game, you’ll keep your stats, and you’ll be more used to the real time and mission mechanics. Thus making the gameplay much easier. For now, you just gotta push Berlin. You got this.

After seeing Berlin not save after defeating Carlito, I knew he hadn’t learned the rule on saving in this game. Then he ran into one of the most iconic boss’s in the game. I knew it was the end of the episode 😂. Here are the tips (Spoiler Free of course so no worries.)
-SAVE AFTER EVERYTHING. This is very clearly not a joke as you have already experienced. The game is unforgiving here.
-Survivors are a serious task. Tbh it requires knowledge of previous play throughs to literally save every survivor.
-you’ve run into a few now so it’s safe to mention that there are some psychopaths scattered around the mall. And no the game will not warn you before you stroll across them. If they’re too much, you can runaway sometimes… but unlike regular survivors they won’t just die. It becomes their territory in a sense.
-the grocery store is more versatile than it looks. Actually run up to those pixelated shelves to see what food is there.
-cook meat for more heals
-microwave frozen foods for more heals
-items essentially don’t disappear unless you leave the area, including things you move. On that same note some respawn after you go through a few areas.
-you’re right about the parking deck. It’s a nightmare, but if you plan right and save right before going, exploring down there until a car breaks could help you learn somethings. I will say that I got lost down there multiple times so I don’t blame you for staying away for now.
-Explore the stores a bit more. Some of the dumber looking weapons are more versatile than the guns if you find the right books.
-Also, that was not a whole new day but I guess that point doesn’t matter now 😂.

Quick tip. There's a infinite supply of orange juice on the second floor in paradise plaza. And a Katana just jump off and the Katana should be there in the food court. Hope this helps. I'm enjoying the series keep it up.🙏🔥

Tips!
1) If you aim your weapon and then press “Y” you can send survivors to a specific area (usually best to clear an area and send them there)
2)Mixing food items that go good together in real life, usually make for a good combo drink.
3) That dodge that you were looking for is just clicking the left stick.

some tips for you dawg
1. wine offers the best healing in the game, 5 squares of health
2. RT + Y sets a marker for survivors to go to. no matter where you set it they'll be there.
3. when escorting survivors I reccomend saving everytime you get to a new area.
4. instead of opening the map to set objectives, left d-pad opens up the watch where you can mark which objective you wanna do.

Quickstep (fast movement lasting 30 seconds, made with beer and wine), Energizer (Frank can’t be injured but will fall down if grabbed, lasts for 10 seconds, made with cabbage plus any nearby ingredient), and Untouchable (can’t be grabbed but will suffer damage, but we all know you’re too smooth to be grabbed now that you’ve got this. Out of Control is the best mission to complete for rescuing survivors & getting the best weapon
You should explore more (listen to Otis), you’re going into the story a little too fast making ur gameplay harder than in needs to be
Many areas have mini bosses, some stores give you good weapons/pp points
And SAVE In restrooms
How can he explore when it seems like the game is always rushing? Am I missing something
@@jaden5843 Explore the areas Otis tells you to explore there beneficial to the game. (Yes he calls about rescuing people however those areas have perks to the game) The game is rushing you but, you just need to be cautious of how you do things, it makes the game fun. The only issue is that Berlin ignores Otis that’s why he’s not doing as well as he should
