There is a lot of misinformation in your analysis. Nehru didn't include Ambedkar in the interim government because he didn't participate in QIM and was a member of the Viceroy's executive council. He is originally from Madhya Pradesh and he didn't get a seat to the constituent assembly from Bombay or Central provinces and on Gandhiji's insistence, Jogendranath Manadal vacated his seat in Khulna for him to fight. But this seat went to East Pakistan after partition, so then Patel and Nehru invited him to fight from Bombay and got elected. Later he lost the 1951 election to his own disciple, where CPI's SA Dange viciously campaigned against him (and dalits never trusted communists after that). Also Jagjivan Ram worked on ground more than Ambedkar did.
